1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., opened personal care items, health-related products). Please contact our support team for clarification before returning.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item (unless the product is defective/damaged).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
